Pain during movement can feel prohibitive, but it doesn't have to be. One key secret? Addressing your posture. This is a two-for-one course where not only do you get to feel better through pain alleviation, you also get you looking better within seconds. We will teach you how to approach movement-related pain, without shooting in the dark or passively hoping for improvement. We'll also discuss what "proper posture" means, how to achieve it fast, and routines you can follow that will improve your posture in both day-to-day life and sport.

Instructor Bio:

Andrea is the lead instructor and founder of Vibrament. She is passionate introducing the transformative capacity and joy of movement into a work-driven culture. She is a creative at heart and a generalist who has studied in the fields of ergonomics, multi-disciplinary design, and movement science. Her credentials include: certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist (PTAG-CPT, NASM-CES), MFA in Products of Design from the School of Visual Arts, and a BS from Cornell University in engineering with an emphasis in ergonomics.
